Directions
Take 2 capsules with water on an empty stomach upon waking. Take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to lunch with water. To assess tolerance, consume 1 capsule twice per day for the first 7 days. For an explosive workout, take 2 capsules prior to training. Drink at leat 8 glasses of water per day. DO NOT EXCEED 4 CAPSULES PER DAY.

Only tried the testers that came with another order so far but based on the effects of those, have bought 2 additional packs of these. Appetite went through the roof, seemed to make me thirsty whilst clearing excess water. Felt really good, gave a nice energy boost and definately seemed to gave better tone after usage, especially around the waist and abs.

ive just bought the product and im waiting for it to arrive . is there side affects with this product ?

As with any stimulant fat-burner product, it can make you slightly jittery. If you start out using just one tablet in the morning for the first 3 days, then 1 tab twice daily and then gradually up to 2 caps, twice daily, then you can ensure that you don\'t get any jitters. Some people only take one or two per day but it all depends upon how you personally react to the product.

Is this supplement legal in sport?

Grenade contains synephrine, which can be banned by some sporting bodies and can also be mis-identified as ephedrine or other banned stimulants depending upon the testing protocol. Consult your testing authority for details.

hi could i use this with the BSN No Xplode?

Yes, but skip one of your servings of Grenade (the one that is closest to the beginning of your workout), so as not to take it too close to the NO Xplode, as this will result in a pretty high caffeine intake.

hi , could i take these along with Super pump 250 prior to a game ? or will i get a crash? many thanks Luke

Either of these can be used before exercise but taking them together is quite a big dose of caffeine - especially if you are taking the full, 3-scoop dose of super pump. There is probably no advantage to taking both together as taking one or the other will supply the max dose of caffeine you need to improve your exercise performance and endurance. Stick with the SuperPump and if you aren\'t getting enough effect from that then increase to 2 and then 3 scoops (full serving).
