Directions

Makes u pack on weight but i dont like taking the whole amount after the workout as i dont think your body can absorb that much protein at once especially when you count in the milk so depending on what ive had that day, my intake differs. I either take two scoops with milk straight after and then two scoops an hour after dinner or i take three scoops immediately after work out and then one scoop with an extra scoop of my protein powder two to three hours dinner after dinner, that way the protein and calories are stacked up. Hope this helps but yeah this product is very good, only downfall is the sugar but that is with every weight gainer and tbh it is nowhere near as bad as most weight gainers. A very nice purchase
