No crash, no bloat, no blow workouts.

Geranium (1,3-Dimethylamylamine or Methylhexamine)
This plant contains a powerful compound. It promotes sympathomimetic effects in the body, supporting Central Nervous System (CNS) stimulation, allowing for improved strength output, focus, alertness and mood. Side benefits may include fat loss due to potential appetite suppression, as well as through increased work capacity and the possibility of increased norepinephrine release.

Schizandrol A
Schizadra increases physical force. In essence, it is able to provide a stimulating effect to the body and mind.

Methylxanthines (Caffeine)
Both of these compounds belong to the family of methylxanthine compounds. They are both able to stimulate the CNS, while also stimulating contractility of skeletal muscle directly and this may partially be due to the release of catecholamines such as norepinephrine. Caffeine also has the benefit of fighting fatigue and drowsiness; enhancing the flow of thoughts; increasing alertness and improving intellectual efforts along with producing euphoria or a sense of well-being in some cases. Just as these methylxanthines can increase the effectiveness of compounds, it is thought that it may do the same for the unique compound found in Geranium.

Beta-Alanine
Carnosine is an extremely important dipeptide that is generally present in rather high concentrations in skeletal muscle, though it is also found in nervous tissue and other excitable tissues as well. It is so important because it acts as a buffer of sorts, preventing the increase of acidity or Hydrogen ion accumulation in skeletal muscle; something which is thought to contribute to the fatiguing of muscles. Furthermore, by increasing carnosine levels, power output may be increased as well. In short, you are able to improve your power output, while also delaying fatigue; you can lift more explosively and for longer periods.

Creatine Monohydrate
While carnosine may negate the increase in Hydrogen ion levels in skeletal muscle, one more obstacle must be overcome in order to prevent fatigue while working out. In this case, a compound which can ultimately increase the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels in muscle. ATP, as is well-known, is a high energy nucleotide which acts as the major energy carrying molecule in the body.

Consequently, muscle fatigue is also related to energy loss in skeletal muscle, specifically, ATP being converted to adenosine diphosphate (ADP). In effect, one phosphate group is lost and must be replenished in order for the muscle cell to continue on working.

By supplementing with creatine, the levels of phosphocreatine are increased in muscle. Phosphocreatine is a high energy buffering compound which is able to donate a phosphate group to ADP, allowing the formation of ATP once again. In short, this prevents or reduces fatigue from occurring by increasing phosphocreatine levels, which in turn will allow for the regeneration of ATP from ADP leading to greatly reduced physical and muscular exhaustion.

Tried this stuff through a mate and instantly noticed a HUGE difference. Very focused and was able to smash through old max weights. have tried many pre supps but this blows them out of the water. First time had a slight headache but nothing since. great stuff

So! Low price, small dose, good pump, insane energy!!! But... I never finish the whole tub... After 2 weeks on Jack3d i really DIDNT enjoy how i felt after work out (about 1.5hrs from taking it) Was feeling very very tired, shaky, and mental state witch made me feel very uncomfortable. Like recovery time after hardcore party over a weekend ;-) Its v good supp but use it only if u very low on energy or motivation.

This stuff is amazing! been using it for nearly a month now and still get the same intense focus and energy level it gave me when I first took some! You feel almost invincible with jack3d! My performance has dramatically increased since I've been using this, but one word of warning, do not eat before taking this product! It works a lot better on an empty stomach so postpone that meal until after the gym!

Great product with a good value for money, although.. i do get a 'come-down' effect a few hours after taking the product which makes me feel sleepy and i find it hard to eat after my workouts too;
However even onto my third tub of Jack3d now i still seem to receive the same effects as when i first took it; making my gym workouts alot more intense and gives me a desire to get those few extra reps out of each set!
On the whole a very good product.

I tried this after receiving a free sample of another product which gave me a real good pump and energy. Jack3D was cheaper and promised a lot however i don't get as good a pump and no tingles (two scoops). However I am more focused and my energy levels are significantly increased during my workout so i'd say, yes it works, give it a go but for me, I'll cycle with time off and try a tub of the other product.

great stuff this is the only one that works for me. for every one that is looking for a good n.o supplement you have to experiment just because this is a good one for me doesn't mean it will work for you e.g iv try N.O explode and super pump 250 and a couple more but the only one that works for me is jack3d anyway its cheap so give it a go id say ;)

this product is possibly the most over hyped product ive ever tried. everyone was like this sup is the business so why not try it. Tried it and got less a feeling then what i would a can of kick. I would recomend come supercharge or n.o shotgun.

Having tried the, in my opinion totally over hyped, Nutrex Hemo Rage Black with no desired effects - i tried Jack 3d because of the positive reviews. Well, even four scoops only gives me the mildest tingle with none of the desired effects, as advertised. Perhaps i am immune to these products because they certainly don't work for me.

FAQs

Q.

how long do i have to wait after taking that product to drink a protein shake or can i take them, together? thanks

A.

You should be consuming your pre-training protein shake around 60-90 minutes prior to training. Take Jack3d around 20-30 minutes prior to training.

Q.

I've been using NOP-47 but it doesn't give much of a pump. Using the same principle would it be a good idea to mix this with some whey protein before working out?

A.

NOP-47 is mostly whey protein. They just use a specific research-proven peptide found in whey protein that increases blood flow.
