carb loading is the best way to gain weight fast i use 600 grams of this stuff a day and i easily gain 4 pound a week highly recomended

Mixes easily with water and tastes fine; mixes well with protein shakes; big tub sometimes difficult to open but suppose that's better than being to easy; compared to LA Muscle Maltomass this product is by far better value because, after all, maltodextrin is maltodextrin.
