good quality protein i had good gains with it as my 1st protein shake but the strawberry is disguisting was gaging by the end of it, but if taste is not an issue then give it a go

For someone like me who has ibs (irritable bowl syndrome) This is my first choice in protein powders.And is one of the few which does not effect my condition or have any side effects, but muscle building quality isnt quite as good as met-rex which if it didnt effect my condition is the one id go for.
