Have no idea what the first reviewer was on about, as this is the best creatine product on the market....hands down! and ive pretty much used them all. This product is buffered creatine, meaning 100% of the product gets to the muscle without turning into creatines waste product; creatinine. Therefore you only need use a very minimal amount, which equates to less stress on the wallet. This is also mixed with black and white tea extract which results in a powerful product. I swear by it.
There is no better Creatine!!!

iv used kre-alkalyn since it came out and iv had great results. iv always woundered how they would top it. this version is even better.

Is there something like a loading phase with this product? I was just wandering because you recommended one customer to take 2 capsules five times in the first week.

All American do not recommend a loading phase for this product and we always go along with the manufacturers' suggested dosing protocol.
The reason we may have suggested a loading phase is becuase of all of the dozens of studies on creatine loading, they all show that loading gives results in about 5 days whereas taking a minimum of 3 grams per day (but usually 5 grams) requires about 30 days to saturate your muscles with creatine and then get the associated benefits.
There are no studies that we are aware of showing less than 3 grams daily gives the full benefits of creatine supplementation.
All American EFX states that loading is not necessary with this product, so we of course support their recommendation. - Q.
Can i take this at the same time with my protein shake? Or will i have to choose which supplement i want to take?

This is a popular creatine pill with a loyal following and the instructions say to take one pill before and one pill after training. So start off using this dosing schedule. However, some people need to double this dosage to get good results. Also, if you want faster results, use 8 capsules per day taken throughout the day for the first five days.
