Directions
Take one single pack 30-45 minutes before you lift, preferably on an empty stomach. As each pack contains your daily dose of creatine, take Pump every day for optimal results. On non-training days you ca n remove the red capsual (stims) or if you train at night.

I bought this a while ago and has been sitting in my supplements cupboard collecting dust because its tablets and im already taking the animal pak tablets and my gym daily timetable changes so i couldnt take it
So i used taking these just 1 scoop:
first i was using NO XPLODE rating: 9.8/10 until gnc stoped stocking it then
MRI BLACK POWERDER 7.5/10 then
SUPERPUMP 9.8/10 i ran out of superpump so i decided to try animal pump wasnt expecting it to be powerful... had lunch then showerd toke tablets 30mins headed to the gym
finished warming up started training nothing at first but then it was kicking in maybe because i didnt take it on empty stomach but nearly halfway through my training i felt it so much i felt like an (animal) lol just lifting so much weight without resting much i got pumped up
i was scared at first didnt know whats happening lifting 50kg dumball triceps no spotting at all but at the same time i loved it haha
i have been training for more than 10 years and i didnt feel like that in sometime .. but i dont think i will be using it much too powerful for me at the moment because im ashmatic :)

I'm just out of the gym after using Animal Pump for the first time. Buzzing! Other pre-work out drinks have either left me wanting or having to rush to the toilet bowl, but this just boosted my intensity in the gym.
I got an extra few reps, and I still feel ready to head back to the gym right now.
I was sick of having to figure out what to take with this or that, but now I'll just be taking Pump and protein.

There are alot of pills to swallow as previous reviews have stated, and its definitely worth it as you get a huge boost - BUT having an empty stomach is absolutely crucial, I started taking it when i was bulking and it had little effect becuase i was constantly eating. It wasnt until i started toning up and dieting that this product became useful. However if I took it every day the boost it gave me wore off, so I only use it maybe once or twice a week tops, often when Im not in the mood for training to pick me up.
I bought the product a few months ago and still have a few servings left, so its a useful product in my artillery but not reliable as a daily supplement.

waste of money for this product,because it does not deliver big pump and energy, and also a lot tablets to swallow...Wouldn't buy it any more

awesome product!!! started around 6 weeks ago(taking only on training days) and combo with diet(eat every 2 hours), halo and nitro-tech i put on 7kg!!!
Pumps at the gym r BIG!! I found that it starts work after 45 min. also got stronger(from 120kg for 10 reps to 150kg on squats). Great.. Will recomend it to all!!!

Great product!!! I put on 7kg!!! Combined it with diet(eating every 2 hours), protein(nitro-tech) and anabolic halo. Pumps r great, I also got stronger, went up from 120kg to 150kg on squats(10 reps), bench press from 100kg to 110kg(10 reps).
Recomend it 100%!!!

Ive been taking it 4 a week now, only training days(4 times a week) and this product rulez!! Pumps r amazing and I jump from 120kg to 150kg on squats (10 reps). I combined it with diet(eat every 2 hours), anabolic halo and protein. Really worth it. Great product.

I'm usually I huge fan of Animal products but this one didn't agree with me at all. I didn't feel anykind of pump and more worringly I felt quite dehydrated using this product which obviously had an adverse effect on my gym work and sports I do in my free time.

Lots of tablets to swallow (9) but it's worth it. Works well and you get a good pump each and every time. The amount of water you need to drink to get it all down varies from person to person.
