UK Delivery Methods & Terms:
Orders Under 600 grams
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1st class recorded post. This is a insured
and tracked service which usually takes only 1-3 days. However, its not a time-guaranteed
service so in some cases it may take several days longer. This is a FREE delivery
method.
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm: If you want your delivery
guaranteed to arrive next day by 1pm, you can select this option for Royal
Mail's special delivery service. This delivery method costs £2.70.
If your order is under 600 grams but you'd prefer a courier delivery then you can also select from the options below.
Orders Over 600 grams
Orders over 600g are sent by our courier, ParceForce and generally require a
signature. The following time specific options are available:
ParceForce 24hr - This is a next working day service but occasionally
the delivery may take an extra day. 24hr delivery is FREE on orders over £49.99
and £2.98 for orders under that amount.
ParcelForce 48hr - This service should take two working days, but occasionally may take an extra day or may arrive a day early.
This service is free on all orders over 600 grams.
ParceForce Next Working Day By Noon - This enhanced delivery service
gets the parcel to you the following morning after despatch. Before Noon deliveries
are given enhanced priority in processing and delivery. Before Noon delivery is
charged at £5.50 on orders under £49.99
and £2.50 on orders over £49.99). Please note delivery is made next working day by noon (i.e. not on weekends or bank holidays).
ParceForce Next Working Day By 10am - Our premium delivery service
gets the parcel to you the following morning after despatch before 10am. Before 10am deliveries
are given the upmost priority in processing and delivery. Before 10am delivery is
charged at £8 on orders under £49.99
and £5 on orders over £49.99). Please note delivery is made next working day by 10am (i.e. not on weekends or bank holidays).
Please note all delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability
and receiving your order by approx 2.30pm for Royal Mail and 3.00pm for Parcelforce. Orders are not processed or delivered
on weekends and bank holidays.
If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times,
we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for
you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure
to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently
ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request
and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place
an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur
us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then
we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction
fee incurred.
