You can take your BCAAs and your M-Stak together as the stak is a test booster where as the BCAAs will help keep your body in an anabolic state by keeping a steady stream of amino acids in the blood. Whether the Stak would interefere with your medication, you haven't specified the medication, so we'd suggest you consult your GP before starting this product.

Stak is probably our most powerful test-booster (M-Stak doesn't boost your actual testosterone levels but has ingredients that "act like" testosterone). We have had no reports of side effects with this product (probably because it doesn't boost test levels anything like anabolic steroids) but, as with any supplement, it can have possible negative effects in some people. Also, this product has ingredients designed to mediate the extra testosterone like estrogen and DHT mediators.

This product boosts test levels, so it may not be appropriate for young people. It states that it can be used by anyone 18 or older. It has to be your choice whether to use it or not at your age.

A testosterone-booster product at your age should not be your first choice. Start with protein or a weight gainer (depending upon your goals and how easily you gain muscle). Then add a creatine product. And then perhaps you could consider a test product.

These products are designed to increase testosterone but to keep it in the high-normal range (this isnn't one of those "prohormones" that have suspect effectiveness and give you spots and oily skin).

Not sure what your personal trainer is referring to but unless he is a qualified endocrinologist, nutritionist or has some other type of health science degree obtained at university and has studied the ingredients in these products and read the appropriate research, he probably isn't sufficiently qualified to give such advice.

The Methoxy and Stak have a few common ingredients so you may be going a bit overboard there (possibly just use one of those at a time). Otherwise, looks like a pretty good stack.

Animal Stak is a testo booster. It is designed to optimize your hormonal environment for better strength and muscle gains. The Vitakic is a multivitamin/mineral with added ingredients for health, performance muscle growth support etc. If your diet is decent, the Stak will give better muscle gains for most users. If your diet is bad, then the Vitakic may be a better choice to replace the nutrients you are probably defficient in.

The "Normal" range of testosterone for males is 300 to 1000 ng/ml in the blood. However, this is not very relavant to Richard's drug test as with testosterone levels, they actually test for a ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone (which has a much higher variation than testosterone levels and which means you could exceed the 1000 ng/mL mark and still not test positive. The reason I used the word "range" is that this is too involved a subject for me to get into too much detail. So my apologies for not being spefic enough but this section is designed for breif answers and to properly answer is not possible in this space. I would suggest you google "testosterone to epitestosterone ration" if you want more info on this.

The good news is that none of the ingredients in this product are banned and they shouldn't cause your testosterone levels to be above the normal range. However, the only way to be sure with supplements is to use one that states it has been Doping or Drug Tested/screened, as tiny amounts of drugs could possibly find their way into some products due to being manufactured in the same facility as those containing banned substances.
