was sceptical about the claims but it does work. it elevates your energy levels i just feel better overall , as for libido thats risen to ,sorry for that one. :)

this had no effect on me at all. total waste of money tbh. if anything it had a negative effect on me.

This is a great ZMA product. I saw fantastic gains while using this product. I recovered well and very noticeably saw a huge increase in my libido

This is the first 'ZMA' product i've used and didn't really know what to expect but i've noticed much better sleeping patterns, waking up feeling very energetic and I am definately feeling a positive response with my recovery. As far as 'ZMA goes, I'm happy sticking with this one.

The first thing youll notice about this is that it makes you sleep like a baby! It allows me to get a solid satisfying night , 10hours + ! You will find that you dream a lot when using this zma, which is also a added plus. I feel much fresher in the morning, so I can workout harder and recover quicker. If you do some research, then youl realise how important sleep is for building muslce and testosterone levels.
I have noticed positive change in my labido aswell.. Fantastic! It is also relatively cheap..
