Directions

Q Hi, I am a 25 year old female and I train 5 days a week. I do weights and cardio. I really want to tone up more than anything else. And am aiming to lose 7lbs. I have had PHD meal replacement women before and found it really good. However I note you also do a Fit Miss shake too and was wondering what you recommend for my goals. The PHD has more protein and vitamins but the Fit Miss has much less calories. Can you perhaps provide me with some advice on which you would recommend for my goals as I want to order these products? Truthfully, the PhD Woman MRP is hard to beat and has a more realistic nutrition profile to replace a meal with and if you've already got on well with it, I would recommend sticking with it.
