Description
There’s bad creatine and good creatine. Then there’s great creatine. What’s the difference? Manufacturing quality and form. The only clinically proven form is creatine monohydrate powder. The best creatine monohydrate is manufactured in Germany. Universal creatine monohydrate powder is a German creatine that’s so pure, it’s patented. It’s the finest in the world.

ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is the energy source for all muscular contractions (as in bodybuilding). Energy is created when ATP releases one of its phosphate groups (ATP then becomes ADP). Creatine donates a phosophate back to ADP, reforming ATP, and thus restoring your ATP pool. By doing so, you can work out harder, longer, and more effectively. Creatine use can increase your strength and performance. It can help build lean mass by volumizing and hydrating muscle cells, thus creating a necessary anabolic environment for growth.

"After taking for 3 weeks now really noticing the great pumps after training, only down side is it does not disolve so constanly stiring while drinking."

"Best creatine I've ever had. Nice to drink, hasn't got any taste. Unlike USN creatine i've had before which makes the juice taste nasty."

"Does exactly what universal promise it will do
feel extra strength and skin tearing pumps felt great and saw results in 5 days of loading...great product
only let down is that it doesn't dissolve well so take it serving by serving straight into your mouth followed by a sugary drink such as grape juice or orange juice :)"

Q&A
Q Do i have to load this creatine or can i take it once a day as directed?
A

According to the research, all creatine must be loaded to get the effects within 5-7 days. Alternatively, you can just take a daily 5g dose (or 3g twice daily) and it will take closer to 30 days to get all of the benefits.

Q After iv completed the 5 day loading phase of 5g 4 times daily do I then only take 5g once a day there after ? or twice a day? my weight is 80kg
A

Generally, the agreed guideline for creatine intake (post-loading) is considered to be 3g prior to training and 3g after-training.

Q can I take 2 5g servings on a workout day? before and after a workout ? and 1 5g serving on a non workout day
A

The recommended daily intake for creatine is 5g daily (unless you are loading, which is usually 5g, four times daily, for five consecutive days). There is some dispute regarding when the best time to take creatine is; some studies show taking creatine before exercise yields more efficacy, whereas others indicate taking it as a recovery supplement to be superior. The best way around this is to take 2.5-3g prior to training, and then to repeat this afterwards. The most important thing is that you take creatine with a meal/snack/beverage that includes carbohydrates, to aid its absorption.  You can take creatine on non-training days.

Q How long should I take this creatine for before taking a break off it ? Can I I I take it for 3 or 4 months straight?
A

As the most studied supplement in sports, creatine monohydrate has been found to have no negative side effects (despite the desperate marketing attempts by companies selling "alternative" forms of creatine). This and the fact that there have been several scientifically-established reports of probably health benefits of creatine monohydrate means that there is no longer any reason to "cycle" creatine on and off. So feel free to take 3 grams, twice daily along with high-carb meals and shakes for as long as you want to be healthy and build muscle and strength.
