Directions
Mix 2 scoops (60g) with 300ml water for a serving.

For the first 5 days (loading phase): Take 1 serving three times daily; 1 in the morning when you wake up, 1 before your workout, and the other immediately after. On non-training days, spread the 3 servings throughout the day.

Maintenance phase (after 5 days): Take 1 serving daily, immediately after exercise, or on non-training days, after waking up. Servings may be halved, if required.

"The orange is okay in flavour takes a couple of days to get use the the bitterness but once past this it is fine.

I do have to note that recovery is rapid I have been unable to get my body to ache the next day even when you expect to ache so in conclusion you can keep pushing on."

"Finished my first tub on this product dissappointed no gains, but gained strength not as much as was expected wouldnt pay that much as can get something that gives you size an strenght for cheaper!"

"Good product, taste is good, mixability is good only real down-side is the price!

Didn't see much improvement during the loading phase, but after that I noticed a definite boost in my explosive power and recovery rates between routes (I spend most of my time bouldering).

A week in and I've actually gone up a grade in route difficulty, mainly because of the extra power this product seems to give me at the end of each route!

Four stars because of the price!"

Q can this be stacked with muscle fuel anabolic or would this be too much creatine as muscle fuel anabolic contains creatine

One serving of each daily wouldn't be a problem. Any more creatine than this would likely be mostly wasted and be excreted by the urine. Most experienced creatine experts agree that there is no evidence of negative side effects from creatine use, so that should not be a concern.

If you've already loaded creatine and there is no gap between taking the two, then there is no need to load. However, some research suggests that a re-loading phase may be beneficial every 8 weeks or so (but not 5 servings per day, more like 2 - 3 per day for 5 days). If you notice strength gains upon re-loading then stick with it, if you don't notice gains, then don't bother repeating the re-loading process.

Q how good is this rate close look ingredients look better than cell tech

For maximum gains, we still believe Cell-Tech can't be beat but this formula is similar and contains other anabolic ingredients. I think Cell-Tech would be better for all-out mass gains (due to twice as much dextrose) but Creatine Anabolic may be a better choice for those trying to stay lean.

Q I have just started to train again after about 3 months out. i was wondering if it is ok to start training an taking this supplement or do have to train for a few weeks first then start taking this supplement.

You can take a creatine product right off the bat and it will just help you gain strength and muscle faster. Make sure you are taking some kind of protein or weight gainer product also (depending upon your goals) so that you are getting adequate protein and calories.

The Hardcore version still has the same core ingredients, so it won't likely work substantially differently. When you took it, did you take it every day (and twice on training days)? I ask because it tends to be our most reliable quick mass and strength gainer and it's very rare that someone doesn't get results?

Q Ive just recived this product just the other day and I was attending on using it for my running sessions and weight training twice a week but am not sure when would be the best time to take this product as its not stated on the tub and would I have to do the loading phase suggested?.

I would always suggest doing the loading phase with any creatine product. Take 2 servings per day for the first 5 days (one immediately after your workout on training days). Thereafter, take 1 serving immediately after workouts on training days and just before you biggest meal on non-workout days. You may also want to re-load every 6-8 weeks, as some research suggests this can top up muscle creatine levels further with the accompanying benefits. No, this is a strength and muscle-gainer product with too many carbs and calories to use for fat loss. You need 1) a low-carb, low-fat protein product (probably whey is best) - try Pharma Whey or Pure Protein IGF-1and 2) a fat burner product - try Grenade or Hydroxycut orLipo-6...or if you can handle a really strong one, Lipo-6 Black.

Yes, Muscle Fuel Anabolic already contains around 5 grams of creatine per serving and Creatine Anabolic contains around 7.5 grams of creatine per serving. A daily maintenance level for creatine is 5 to 10 grams so you could use 1 serving of each per day.
