Description
Extreme Nutrition have carefully chosen ingredients which should not lead to the fat storage usually associated with this genre of products. The protein is from milk and high-quality whey concentrate and the carbohydrates are from fructose (as a sweetner), maltodextrin (the industry standard carb source in mass building products) and oat flour. Oat flour has a low glycaemic index and so is unlikely to cause dramatic fluctuations in insulin and blood sugar that can lead to fat gains. Oat flour is also rich in fibre, which is often just about absent in most supplements.

This formula is designed to cause a slow and sustained release of nutrients to the bloodstream which will not cause large insulin fluctuations which lead to fat storage. The time release absorption principle also means the body has more time to absorb the nutrients and get them to the parts of the body where they are required.

Q is this product better than muscle mass cause it said that the fat level aint so high and i seem to be getting fatter from the muscle mass round my gut

Do you mean Mutant Mass? Most people will gain fat with a weight gainer product but if you are gaining substantial fatm then you should decrease the serving size or number of servings. Gaining weight (unless you just started lifting or are on a more intense program) almost always entails gaining fat because you HAVE to eat more calories than you burn. The trick is to find the right calorie intake level that produces muscle gains without excess fat and that level is different for every person.
